Sloane Square Serviced Apartments by Mansley sit on the boundaries of central London in the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, located in Belgravia, London near Cadogan Gardens. There are so many things to do in or around Cadogan and the Sloane Square area. You’ll find, art galleries, museums, theatres, shopping and of course Chelsea is the home to the Chelsea Premier Football Club and the famous RHS Chelsea Flower Show! So here is our list of recommendations of things not to be missed!

1.  Victoria & Albert Museum

The Victoria & Albert Museum is the world’s leading museum of design and art and is located just 0.9 miles from Sloane Square/Cadogan Gardens in Cromwell Road, South Kensington.  It was established in 1852 by Queen Victoria & Prince Albert. Today you can visit this majestic museum which is truly a work of art and get lost in the history of the building, paintings and artefacts. Enjoy the many exhibitions and events that take place throughout the year.

2.  Royal Court Theatre

The Royal Court theatre is regarded as London’s coolest theatre and is situated in Sloane Square near Cadogan Gardens where you can see the latest production.  The Royal Court Theatre was built in 1888 by architects Walter Emden and Bertie Crewe and today you can book a tour of the building and backstage tours.

3.  Saatchi Gallery

The famous Saatchi Gallery is located in the Duke of York HQ building on Kings Road just yards from Sloane Square. The gallery opened 25 years ago and is a great place to view contemporary art.

4.  Cadogan Hall

Cadogan Hall is a concert hall situated in Sloane Terrace. You can enjoy regular performance of the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra as this is their permanent home.  There are over 300 events per year at this concert hall which was a former church.

5. Shopping 

Chelsea and Kensington are excellent for shopping.  The Kings Road and Kensington High Street are considered to be the best shopping streets in London! Visit the famous department store ‘Peter Jones’ located in Sloane Square near Cadogan Gardens.

6. Visit Chelsea Football Club

Stamford Bridge is the home of Chelsea Football Club. Tickets to this the Premier League Team play are challenging to get hold off, so why not take a tour of the stadium and visit the museum.

7. RHS Chelsea Flower Show

The world’s most prestigious flower show takes place in the month of May every year where you can see a wide range of gardens design by world-renowned garden designers. The location of the Show is at the Royal Hospital, Chelsea which is approx. 0.5 miles walking distance from Sloane Square/Cadogan Gardens area.
