Q: Do you provide cots and high chairs?
Cots and High Chairs are available on request and are provided free of charge.
Q: What Is the earliest time I can check in?
Check in time is guaranteed from 2.00pm, (3pm in Inverness) however, we can sometimes arrange an early check-in, subject to availability, nominal fee applies. If the apartment is not ready when you arrive we are more than happy to store your luggage (fees apply), so you are free to enjoy the city. Please note that Inverness does not have a reception, therefore we are unable to store your luggage without prior arrangement.
Q: What Is the latest time I can check out?
Apartments should be vacated by 10.00am, on the day of departure; this is in order for our Housekeeping Team to fully service the apartment for the next arrival.
Subject to availability, we can extend this time until 1pm however this is does incur a nominal fee. We are more than happy to look after your luggage if you are not leaving the city until later on during the day (Fees may apply).
Q: What are the days for housekeeping?
Our Housekeeping Team call on weekdays in Kensington & Inverness (excluding Bank Holidays). In Mayfair and Edinburgh Housekeeping is daily except Sundays. Housekeeping is available until 2pm.
Q: What is provided on my arrival?
We offer complimentary tea & coffee in all apartments. In Edinburgh we provide a welcome basket that contains: Bread, Milk, Cereals, Orange/Apple Juice, Jams/Jelly and Biscuits and similarly in Kensington for stays of over 3 nights.
Under you kitchen sink you will find detergent for your dishwasher, as well as washing up liquid and tea towels.
In your bathroom you will find a range of Complimentary Luxury toiletries that include soap and shampoo.
In Mayfair, Edinburgh and Inverness you will also find luxury bathrobes for your use during your stay and complimentary slippers.

Q: Where can we park our car?
We offer secure, private parking in Edinburgh (fees apply) and Inverness. We do not have parking in London.
Q: Do you charge for internet access?
Mansley Serviced Apartments offers complimentary high speed internet access in all our properties.
Q: Is there a minimum stay?
In general our apartments are available for 1 night or more. Some of our largest apartments have a minimum stay of 2 nights or more and minimum stays may apply during periods of peak demand.
